Landlords/managers who want to participate in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program with the WRVP MUST complete the attached forms within the owner registration packet. Please ensure all required documents listed on page three (3) are submitted to complete your setup in our system and with our agency.
Start screening and select a suitable tenant that is a current “voucher holder.” Please note our agency does not make direct referrals. Complete the RFTA and submit it with a copy of the proposed lease. The voucher holder will provide the RFTA.
The dwelling unit must pass the program’s HQS and be maintained up to those standards as long as the owner receives housing assistance payments.
DH has launched our Attracting, Recruiting, and Retaining Landlord Campaign. Landlords who meet the criteria are eligible for Landlord Incentives.
The Tenancy Addendum is part of the HAP contract and lease.
The Payment Standard is the maximum monthly assistance payment for a family assisted in the voucher program (before deducting the total tenant payment by the family).
