The waitlist for the Housing Choice Voucher Program(formerly known as Section 8) is CLOSED to new applicants.

2. Project-Based Voucher(PBV) Program

As of May 30, 2024, the application portal for the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waitlist covering the below-listed properties is OPEN.

3. Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Voucher

The waitlist for the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Voucher is currently OPEN.

Interested applicants must be a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces.
Applicants should contact their caseworker at their local VAMC and request the “Dothan Housing VASH Voucher”.
