1. Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program

The waitlist for the Housing Choice Voucher Program(formerly known as Section 8) is CLOSED to new applicants.

2. Project-Based Voucher(PBV) Program

As of October 30, 2024, the application portal for the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waitlist covering the below-listed properties is OPEN.

Jamison Village (formerly McRae Homes),
Howell Senior Building
Kinsey Cove (formerly Johnson Homes)
Crimson Ridge (formerly Martin Homes)

3. Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Voucher

The waitlist for the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Voucher is currently OPEN.

Interested applicants must be a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces.
Applicants should contact their caseworker at their local VAMC and request the “Dothan Housing VASH Voucher”.
