Dothan Housing provides safe, clean, and quality Affordable Housing for families, elderly, and disabled individuals with over 1,400 housing units throughout Dothan, AL, and the five counties Henry, Dale, Coffee, Houston, and Geneva Counties. Whether you become a resident of one of our housing communities or a client of one of the voucher programs, we look forward to your growth as a family (or individual) and providing excellent service to you and yours along the way.

Dothan Housing also provides housing opportunities throughout Henry, Dale, Coffee, and Geneva counties through a variety of programs, including:

Dothan Housing provides and manages Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher Program formerly known as the Section 8 Program, and manages market-rate rental apartments.
