Dothan Housing Resident Services Manager Selected for Prestigious Leadership Fellowship
Black Alabamians for Education Taps Samiyah Craddock for Cohort One
Dothan, AL – Samiyah Craddock, Resident Services Manager for Dothan Housing, has been selected to participate in the Next Level Leaders (NLL) Fellowship, a program designed to empower and develop emerging leaders within the community. The fellowship is offered by Black Alabamians for Education (BA4E), a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing educational equity and opportunity for Black Alabamians.
The NLL Fellowship is a rigorous and immersive program that provides participants with the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to excel in their leadership roles. The program will officially launch in January 2024 and will feature monthly programming throughout June, culminating in a graduation ceremony in July. Sessions will occur in Birmingham, AL, on selected Fridays and Saturdays of each month.

Samiyah Craddock has a proven track record of success in leadership and community engagement. In her role at Dothan Housing, she has played a vital role in developing and implementing innovative programs that have improved the lives of Dothan’s residents. She is also a passionate advocate for affordable housing and social justice.
