Congratulations to the New Program Graduates

Dothan Ala. —The Resident Services Department of Dothan Housing (DH) held its mid-year Ready To Rent® program graduation in celebration of successful program attendees. Students participated in a 6-week course with Resident Services Specialists Dana Kirkland and Elaine Machado. The graduation is one of the most anticipated moments for program participants and their families.

“We are so excited to celebrate the accomplishments of our residents and members of the public who participate in Ready to Rent®,” says DH Resident Services Specialist Dana Kirkland.

In total, this session boasted ten new graduates who completed the program. These exceptional individuals received valuable encouragement from not just one but from the below listed three notable speakers.

  • Dominque Moore- Representative from Auburn Housing Authority

“Ready To Rent® is proving to be an asset and resource to our MTW (Moving to Work) agency,” stated DH CHO Dr. Tamara Berry-Andrews. “The ability to provide area landlords and developers access to potential tenants who are certified renters is a valuable incentive.”
