Dothan Housing Ready To Rent® Winter 2022 Graduation

14 Ready To Rent® Graduates Obtain Tenant Readiness Certification through DH

Dothan, Ala. —Congratulations to the Ready To Rent® Winter Class of 2022! The Resident Services team has worked diligently to execute the tenant readiness program that is Ready To Rent® season after season. In December, Relocation Coordinators Dana Kirkland and Cortlin Curry, under the guidance of Resident Services Managers Samiyah Craddock and Tera Wells, successfully completed the commencement of 14 graduates!

Program participants attended their graduation in the Our Community Housing and Enrichment Center auditorium and received encouragement to maintain G.R.I.T. from Wallace Community College’s Trio Program administrators. Each participant received their earned tenant readiness certificate, gift, and refreshments in addition to their invaluable knowledge obtained.

The Ready To Rent® Program is utilized across the United States and Canada to prepare everyday citizens for renting. All trainers are certified, and the program lasts 6-8 weeks for participants. The agency has 30 successful graduates and over 10 certified trainers on staff.
