BOSS Non-Profit to hold Summer Bash 2022
DOTHAN, AL – On Wednesday, June 15, 2022, the Building Opportunities towards Self-Sufficiency (BOSS) 501(c)(3), an extension of Dothan Housing, will hold its first annual Summer Bash at the Our Community Housing and Enrichment Center (Old Montana Street School) located on 1001 Montana Street, Dothan, AL 36303.
The Summer Bash 2022 will have activities, carnival games, water slides, and more for children while also providing pertinent and informative information to parents on the following topics:
- Immunization
- Covid-19 Vaccines
- Juneteenth History
- Avenues for Family Self-Sufficiency
BOSS is excited to bring this much-needed day of fun and relaxation to the community. Hotdogs, hamburgers, snacks, and drinks will be available to the public. Administrative staff encourages parents to bring towels and an extra change of clothes for children who want to participate in the splashing fun! The event will last from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, and Wiregrass Transit will provide transportation to and from Dothan Housing properties.
